IWEE (International Women for Employment and Entrepreneurship) is an international network platform that brings together women, professionals, entrepreneurs, artists, and civil society representatives from diverse cultural backgrounds. Through intercultural dialogue, knowledge exchange, and collaboration, we support the professional and personal growth of women while creating meaningful connections that inspire learning, innovation, and mutual empowerment.

Through mentoring programs, international partnerships, cultural initiatives, and social impact projects, we connect the business world with social responsibility. Our goal is to strengthen female leadership, expand international networks, and create opportunities for women from different sectors to collaborate, share expertise, and generate sustainable social and economic impact.

At the IWEE , we believe in the power of women to make an impact in both the commercial and arts and culture sectors. We support women in strengthening their businesses and professional careers, with a special focus on the creative industries, among others. Through coaching, networking opportunities, and international collaborations, we help them showcase their work and develop their artistic and business ambitions.
