The IWEE International Mentorship Program is designed to help women entrepreneurs expand their global perspective, access international business networks, and create sustainable growth opportunities. Entrepreneurs who successfully complete the application process and are selected by the IWEE Board are matched with peer entrepreneurs from different countries, creating a mentorship journey based on mutual learning, knowledge sharing, and professional development. Throughout the program, participants engage in regular online meetings and benefit from expert-led seminars covering topics such as finance, business development, leadership, marketing, and international growth strategies. The program concludes with an in-person networking event in the Netherlands, where participants have the opportunity to build meaningful connections, explore new collaborations, and become part of an international entrepreneurial community.
