Women are still significantly underrepresented in politics. Economically, women have fewer opportunities than men. They are also more likely to be victims of violence. This is due to discrimination and a subordinate position compared to men.

Entrepreneurship

IWEE supports women in setting up their own businesses, including abroad. It organizes working visits to other countries and makes its international network available.

Traning and Mentoring

We empower women, give them confidence and a positive perspective to engage in purposeful conversations.

Workshop

IWEE supports you in setting up your own projects, such as those against violence, for employment, or personal coaching.

At the IWEE , we believe in the power of women to make an impact in both the commercial and arts and culture sectors. We support women in strengthening their businesses and professional careers, with a special focus on the creative industries, among others. Through coaching, networking opportunities, and international collaborations, we help them showcase their work and develop their artistic and business ambitions.
